2nd Dog$23$207$391
3rd Dog$20$180$340

Per-day breakdown for the first dog:

  • Single day: $30/day
  • 10-day pass: $27/day (10% savings)

Our pass policies, written plainly

You won't find these terms in fine print at the bottom of a checkout page. They're the actual policies, in normal English:

  • All passes are refundable for unused days. Anytime. Buy a 20-day pass, use one, decide three years later you want the other 19 refunded, we'll do it. No questions, no fees, no time limits.
  • Passes do not expire. Ever. Use them at your dog's pace. We're not running a "use it or lose it" model designed to capture forfeited revenue.
  • No maintenance, activation, or account fees. Whatever you paid for the pass is what your dog gets. There are no monthly account fees, no inactivity fees, no admin fees.
  • Passes are transferable. To another dog (yours or someone else's) or another client. If your dog gets older and stops attending, you can give the remaining days to a friend.
  • Sibling discounts are automatic. Multi-dog households get the 2nd-dog and 3rd-dog rates without having to ask.

If a different facility is selling you a "30-day daycare membership for $99", read the fine print first. Most of those programs lock you into auto-renewing monthly billing, expire unused days, and charge cancellation fees. We don't run that playbook and we never will.

How most pricing in this industry actually works (and why we don't do it)

The dog daycare market has consolidated heavily over the last decade. Many of the chains operating in Round Rock now use pricing models designed by corporate finance teams, not dog people. The common patterns:

  • Promotional "first month $99 unlimited" pricing that converts to expensive recurring monthly memberships.
  • Day passes that expire in 30, 60, or 90 days, forfeiting any unused balance.
  • "Activation fees" of $50–150 just to set up an account.
  • Cancellation policies that require 30+ days notice and prorate refunds against undefined "values."
  • Auto-renewing memberships you have to call to cancel (a "negative-option" billing model).

None of that exists here. We've built our entire pricing model around the idea that if you pay for something, you're owed the value of what you bought, or a refund. It's not a marketing position. It's just how we think a business should work.

Boarding pricing

Overnight boarding is priced per night and includes daytime daycare. Rates vary by season, peak holidays carry premium pricing, regular weeks are lower. Multi-night and multi-dog discounts apply. Call (737) 201-1569 or use the form for a quote on your specific dates. More on boarding →

Local context: comparing pricing in Round Rock

To put our rates in context: a single day at the major chain daycare facilities in Round Rock typically runs $40–60, with multi-day packages averaging $30–45 per day after discounts. Our $25.50/day on the 20-pack puts us at the lower end of the local market, and unlike the chains, our passes don't expire and are fully refundable. We'd rather charge a fair price and earn long-term loyalty than run promotional pricing designed to lock customers in.

How to start

You don't need to buy a pass on day one. Every new dog gets a free evaluation day, and if they pass, the next two days of daycare are on us. After the free days, you'll have a real sense of whether daycare works for your dog and whether to buy a single day, a 10-pack, or a 20-pack. Most of our regulars end up on the 20-pack within their first month. Book a free evaluation →

Frequently asked questions

Are daycare passes refundable?

Yes. Every pass is refundable for unused days at any time. If you buy a 20-day pass, use one day, and decide two years later you want the rest refunded, we will do it. There are no questions, no fees, and no time limits on the refund.

Do daycare passes expire?

No. Passes never expire. Use one day this year, the next day in three years, same pass works. We do not believe in expiration dates designed to take your money for nothing.

Are there any maintenance or activation fees?

No. There are no maintenance fees, activation fees, account fees, or any other recurring charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Can I transfer my pass to another dog or person?

Yes. Passes are transferable to another dog (yours or someone else's) and to another client. Just let us know.

How much do passes cost for multiple dogs?

Sibling discounts apply automatically. 1st dog: $30/$270/$510. 2nd dog: $23/$207/$391. 3rd dog: $20/$180/$340. The discounts apply per day to all dogs on the same account.

How do I pay?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash at the front desk. Payment for passes is collected when the pass is purchased. We do not store credit card details on file.
